2024 CFCUSA Western Conference Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation with refund will only be accepted for reasons of:

1. Medical Emergency in the family

2. Very serious crises in the family

3. Death in the family

All of the above situations require proof beyond a reasonable doubt. All reasons are subject for Area Governance Team (AGT) decision and approval.

Once approved, refunds will be processed after the conference is done and a check will be mailed 3-5 business days to the address requested.

NO cancellation with refund will be accepted after the deadline dates of:

May 31 = Conference Registration and Hotel Accommodation
