5. What is INCLUDED with my registration fee?

The registration fee includes FOUR (4) meals – Saturday light breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast.

6. What is NOT included with Registration?

T-Shirts are NOT included

• Conference shirts need to be PRE-ORDERED and PAID through your respective CHAPTER HEADS

• CONFERENCE shirts will NOT be available for sale at the venue

HOTEL Accomodation NOT included

• Please book your hotel separately – refer to our conference website for a list of nearby hotels

7. When does the Conference start and end?

• Saturday, June 28th - Registration opens at 7:00 AM 

• Saturday session ends with dinner at 6:00 PM followed by our "REJOICE! LET's RAVE! RETURN to the 70's!" fellowship.

• Sunday, June 29th - sessions start at 8:00 AM and our 2025 SWA TWR ends at noon.
