How the Hotel rooms reserved?
Registration will reserve and submit names to the Hotel for the selected accommodation type:
Quad Occupancy (2 CFC couples)
Double Occupancy (1 CFC couple)
Quad Occupancy: CFC Couple Roommates name required prior to submitting registration form (Adult Only)
Select Double Occupancy when traveling with KIDS plus Hotel accommodation.
Registration will not match-up CFC couples for roommates. We will reach out before the final due date of May 31st. If roommates name not provided, you will be charge for Double Occupancy Rate.
What if CFC Roommates cannot attend?
The remaining CFC Couple need to provide new names of another CFC Couple before the deadline date of May 31st or will be charge for Double Occupancy Rate. In a situation that a CFC roommates did not show at the date of the event but fully paid, the Hotel will be notified.

When does the Conference start and end?
Please bring your CFC IDs -- you will NOT BE ALLOWED to entry into the Conference Hall without CFC IDs.
If you FORGET your CFC IDs, an ID will need to be made during registration for a $5.00 fee per ID.
CFC IDs must be worn at all times at the event area.

To qualify for Early Bird, payment must be received before Feb 29 (EXTENDED TO MARCH 16)
To qualify for Regular Rate, payment must be received before May 31

DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN:
1. You may REGISTER NOW to hold your place in the 2024 CFCUSA Western Conference. To avail Deferred Payment, register to sign-up before May 26
2. Conference Registration FEES to be deferred will depend on the TIME of registration
Early Bird ends on February 29 (EXTENDED TO MARCH 16th)
Regular Rate from March 1 to May 31 (EXTENDED TO JUNE 8th)
3. FULL Deferred Registration Payments must be received no later than May 31
Unpaid in full deferred payment will be subject to cancellation
4. (For NorCAL only) Chapter Leaders will be fully responsible for collecting & monitoring registration payments from their respective members

How many meals are included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes three (3) meals – Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast. Registration fee also includes your conference T-Shirt.
Will there be a seating assignment?
Seats will likely be assigned by Area
